Shipping
- Processing: orders ship within 2–4 business days. During drop launches, allow up to 5 business days — every piece is handled by our student-run team.
- US standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing. Rates calculated at checkout.
- Free US shipping on orders over $75.
- Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
- How: email daeookwehapparels@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Exchanges: free size exchanges — we'll ship the new size as soon as your return is scanned.
- Final sale: items marked final sale can't be returned.
